- Can I reserve an apartment with your company in advance and how can I do that? An apartment for rent by day can and should be reserved in advance - at least 2-3 days before you expect to check in, especially during weekends or holidays. Please bear in mind that it is almost impossible to find an apartment for rent by day on the day of arrival. In order to reserve an apartment in advance just call our office in your city of interest to find out if there is an apartment available during the days that you choose. After that you need to come to our office to sign the rental contract and pay the rent. The apartment is then considered reserved and in order to check in you need to come to our office again with your copy of the contract and take the key. On the check-in day you will also need to leave a deposit.
